Make Scheduling a Cinch

When you call or email us to schedule an appointment, having the following information on hand speeds up the process considerably.

• Brief description of your problem
• Brand and operating system of your computer
• Brand and model number of any hardware that's giving you grief
• Name and version of any software you have questions about

Before you call, take a look at your schedule. Try to have two times on hand, just in case your first choice is unavailable.

We offer appointments seven days a week (excluding holidays), from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays and 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM on the weekend. While some tasks require just a half hour to complete, others can take three hours or more. But, in general, you should try to find one to one and a half hours of free time. And, of course, we will give you a more accurate prediction when you call to schedule.
